JiveRoc, the place to enjoy a fun, social night out while learning to dance Modern Jive. This is NOT Ballroom, Latin, Rock ‘n Roll or Jive but an easy, stylish and exciting form of social partner dancing. Two left feet? The rhythm of a warthog? No dancing experience? No problem: if you can walk, then you can dance because the footwork is so simple, making this a great dance style to learn, particularly for men!
Come and learn to dance Modern Jive in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere with us here at JiveRoc. Not only should you find yourself getting fitter, more energised, and meeting new people, but in as little as six to eight sessions your dancing will dazzle your family, friends or colleagues at your next function (no more “Murder on the dance floor”).
You do not need to bring a partner - lessons are structured on a rotation system to ensure that everyone learns. In this way you will get to meet and dance with a number of people. Then, during freestyle dancing, you get to socialise, have fun and learn from each other while dancing.
